Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
OFW is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. OFW only has access to, or collects information that members voluntarily give on the registration form, via email or other direct contact. Unless a member asks OFW not to, we may contact members via email in the future to inform about specials, new products, services, newsletters, announcements or changes to this privacy policy.
OFW will not share members’ information with any third party outside its organization, other than as necessary to fulfill a request, e.g. to ship an order.
To use the restricted areas of OFW, a user must first complete the registration form and become a member. During registration, a user is required to give name, surname, and e-mail address. In addition, OFW requests other information:
Age. This information is used to withhold membership from anyone under the age of 18.
Geographical Data: This information might be used to contact members about local or regional events.
OFW shares aggregated demographic information with its partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any person.
OFW uses outside credit card processing companies to bill members for goods and services, and shipping companies to ship orders. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any purpose beyond filling a member’s order.
OFW also collaborates with other parties to provide specific services. When the member signs up for these services, OFW will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time, OFW requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is voluntary and members may choose whether to participate—and therefore disclose information—or not. Information requested may include contact and demographic information. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Member’s access to and control over information
Members may opt out of any future contacts from OFW at any time. All members can do the following at any time by contacting OFW via [email protected]:
1. See what data we have about the member, if any.
2. Change/correct any data we have about the member.
3. Have OFW delete any data we have about the member.
4. Express any concern a member has about OFW’s use of personal data.
We take precautions to protect members’ information.
Wherever OFW collaborators collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. Members can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of their web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While OFW uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which OFW stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
